Our Cancellation and Refund Policy for Char Dham Yatra Packages and Other Travel Packages are as Follows:

• Cancellation Notice: To cancel your booking, please provide written notice at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure date. No telephonic communication, Text messages or WhatsApp messages shall be accepted as cancellation Notice.
• Please Read email carefully and understand the content and prices. All the emails and Conversations will be the part of your contract with us once you make the booking. Write to us for cancellation or any amendment in Tour Plan only on at –

• Refund of Advance Deposit: In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the advance deposit will be deducted, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• 10% of the total tour cost will be charged/deducted if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival.
• 25% of the total tour cost will be charged/deducted if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation charges of 50% will apply if a confirmed reservation is canceled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
• Cancellation charges of 75% will apply if a confirmed reservation is canceled between 14 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
• Cancellation charges of 100% will apply if a confirmed reservation is canceled within a week of the date of arrival.
• If a booking is canceled 30 days before the date of arrival, a per person communication service charge of INR 1000/- will also apply, followed by the cancellation policy.
• No-shows and early departures will incur a 100% charge of the entire stay.
• Wildlife safaris booked in any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. 
• Date change requests or any amendment in booked Tour Plan will be considered as cancellations, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted. 
• Jeep safaris are organized by the Government, and in case of bad weather (heavy rain, road blockage, etc.), the Government reserves the right to cancel the safari for the safety of visitors. Any change request will be considered as a cancellation, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted.
• Amendments: The change of a booked tour will be treated as a cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made with the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

General Terms & Conditions Applicable for Bookings on Char Dham Yatra Packages and Other Travel Packages are as Follows:

• The above rates are calculated on the basis of the hotels/Rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
• The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
• In case of non availability of rooms/services at our respective hotels for reasons, the hotel would be arranging alternative similar accommodations/services.
• In Case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then a similar hotel category will be given to you.
• Hotels suggested above is subject to availability on dates and prior confirmations, and in case we do not find rooms in above hotels in any circumstances whatsoever we will arrange the same in similar category hotels for parallel arrangements.
• Hotels/ camps/ or any kind of accommodation or service provider can deny stay or services, if valid ID proof is not provided. Yatra manager Shall not be responsible for any ID Proof Related Issues.
• For Extra Adults/Child above age of 9 years, many hotels/camps provide extra mattress also instead of Extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you need extra Bed instead of extra mattress.
• Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
• Yatra Manager Does not have any hidden charges except your personal expenses. and Cost Exclusions already mentioned. During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern/knowledge.
• Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid for directly by the guest as per the hotel policy.
• Any Natural calamities: We shall not be responsible for any delay & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closure/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated. All buffet meals or Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy
