• • Cancellation Notice: To cancel your booking, please provide written notice at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure date. No telephonic communication, Text messages or WhatsApp messages shall be accepted as cancellation Notice.

  • Refund of Advance Deposit: In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the advance deposit will be deducted, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

  • Cancellation charges of 50% will apply if a confirmed reservation is canceled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
  • Cancellation charges of 75% will apply if a confirmed reservation is canceled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
  • Cancellation charges of 100% will apply if a confirmed reservation is canceled within a week of the date of arrival.
  • If a booking is canceled 30 days before the date of arrival, a per person communication service charge of INR 1000/- will apply, followed by the cancellation policy.

  • Wildlife safaris booked in any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Date change requests or any amendment in booked Tour Plan will be considered as cancellations, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted. Jeep safaris are organized by the Government, and in case of bad weather (heavy rain, road blockage, etc.), the Government reserves the right to cancel the safari for the safety of visitors.
