- 50% refund for cancellations within 12–24 hours
- No refund for cancellations under 12 hours or no-shows
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

The package includes a maximum duty duration of 10 hours and covers up to 100 kilometers of travel. Beyond these limits, additional charges will apply as per the extended distance and time policies.
