Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the advance payment, depending on the property’s policy.
Modification of Booking
Changes to booking dates or guest details must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Modifications are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the property’s policy.
